Shipping Policy:
IMPORTANT: This store only ships within the United States. If you reside outside the United States and want to purchase our products, you must contact our Call Center: 1800-717-9099 and 305-569-6161.
We default to FedEx Economy 2nd Day Shipping so you receive your package by the end of the second business day.
Packages will arrive at 4:30 p.m. to most areas and 8 p.m. to residences. FedEx 2Day offers a perfect balance between economy and speed. It is ideal for low-cost shipping.
We have the following shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, (NOT Thursday) and Friday. Shipping takes 2 days for delivery, if sent on Thursday or Friday, delivery would be made next Monday or Tuesday.
Return and Refund Policy:
5 DAYS WITHOUT REASON FOR RETURN. If you changed your mind after receiving the product, return it, no problem.
- Contact us within 5 days after package delivery.
- After 5 days of delivery of the package, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return.
- Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return shipping.
The Refund will be made within 7 days after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
